Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By creating an account, logging in, or accessing Trakkira, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the full power and authority to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach at info@veloxmobility.in. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Trakkira only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
• Automate access through unauthorized scrapers, spiders, or programmatic bots.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the servers or networks connected to Trakkira.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads via resume or document uploads.
• Use the service to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful recruitment activities.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all resumes, documents, notes, job descriptions, and data you submit or upload to Trakkira, subject to any third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit or upload any content you provide to Trakkira. You grant Trakkira a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, process, analyze, display, and secure your content as necessary to operate and provide the service to you. This license does not grant Trakkira any right to train general AI models on your private user content.

Trakkira Intellectual Property: The Trakkira name, logos, branding, software, interface design, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Velox Technologies and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

Trakkira offers both a Free tier and paid Pro subscriptions:

• Free Tier: Available at no cost (₹0), providing standard application tracking and core organization tools.
• Pro Monthly: Priced at ₹399 per month, billed monthly.
• Pro Annual: Priced at ₹3,499 per year, billed annually (representing a 27% savings compared to monthly).

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method until you cancel your subscription. Prices and any applicable taxes or fees will be specified during checkout or reflected in your billing receipts.

6. Cancellation & Downgrading

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Cancellation prevents future billing renewal charges. Your Pro access remains active through the remainder of your current prepaid billing cycle, after which your account automatically reverts to the Free tier. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Velox Technologies, or its personnel, contractors, or service providers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of opportunities, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of Trakkira.

9. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Trakkira from time to time, including features, functionality, plans, or pricing. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate. We do not guarantee that Trakkira will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Trakkira if you materially violate these Terms, engage in unlawful or abusive activity, or create a security risk to the service or other users. You may stop using Trakkira and request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.
